Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:45.
Games will begin on 10/19 and end by 12/14. Games will be played at Bethany - 1100 Dorchester Ave, West Melbourne, FL 32904
All paperwork must be completed prior to being able to tryout. This includes the EL2 (physical signed by a physician) and an EL3 (all 5 pages including insurance information).
